Temperature Stable Probiotics (TSP)
Triphase’s innovative high Temperature-Stable Probiotic (TSP) strains, of Lactobacillus spp. have the ability to withstand harsh manufacturing process especially required during making Food /Beverage, confectionaries and Pharma industries.
Lactobacillus are rod-shaped, Gram-positive, fermentative and facultative anaerobic or microaerophilic. They normally form straight rods but under certain conditions spiral or coccobacillary forms have been observed. In most cases they form chains of varying length.
Probiotic Lactobacillus spp . are manufactured through a proprietary fermentation process (patented) in a GMP certified plant and are the only High Temperature Stable strains available globally.
As a concentrate and as part of finished product formulations for powders, capsules Ez Melts, Sachets, Chewable and Tablets
20 kg packed in Double LDPE bags and sealed in HDPE Blue Drums.
Shelf life of the probiotic concentrate is 18 months when stored in the original, sealed package at Temperature: 25 ± 2º C, Rh: 65% ± 2% is preferred.
